Loctite 460 – Instant Adhesive – 20g

LOCTITE Instant adhesives are one-part, room-temperature curing adhesives available in a wide range of viscosities. They are typically used for high-performance bonding of numerous materials in just seconds – rubber, wood, metal and even the latest generation plastics.
Instant adhesives (also known as cyanoacrylates) are easy to use, whether integrated into an automated production line, or in the workshop. They cure at room temperature, are typically single component, and are available in different viscosities to fit your exact requirements.

LOCTITE® 460 is a Low odour, low bloom, low viscosity, alkoxyethyl-based instant adhesive. Particularly suitable for absorbent surface.
LOCTITE® 460 is a transparent, colourless, low viscosity, low odour, low blooming alkoxyethyl-based product which provides rapid bonding (5-20 secs.) of a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics and elastomers. It is particularly suitable for applications where vapour control is difficult and is well suited to bonding porous or absorbent materials.

Q: Why is my bottle half empty?
A: The bottle is also not filled to the top for stability purposes. A 20g bottle does indeed contain 20g’s of product in a larger bottle, and a 60g bottle does indeed contain 60g’s of product in a larger bottle.

Q: Why is my bottle open/not sealed
A: The seal for the bottle is actually within the lid. This is to ensure the application nozzle hole of the instant adhesive does not block with hardened adhesive, thus causing a problem after the first use.
